The Fabled Pizza Employee Schedule Alerts program sends SMS text messages to employees of Fabled Pizza & Provisions regarding work schedules, shift coverage, time-off requests, and workplace communications. This service is exclusively for employees who have opted in through our scheduling system.
Message Types
By opting into this service, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Weekly schedule publication notifications
- Time-off request approval or denial notifications
- Shift coverage requests from coworkers
- Notifications when your coverage request has been claimed
- Direct messages from coworkers regarding scheduling
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on scheduling activity. You can expect to receive approximately 2-10 messages per week, depending on schedule changes and shift coverage needs. Message frequency may be higher during busy periods or when schedule changes occur.

Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-In
By providing your phone number in the Fabled Pizza scheduling system and acknowledging these terms, you consent to receive SMS messages from Fabled Pizza & Provisions at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of employment.
How to Opt Out
Text STOP to opt out at any time.
To stop receiving SMS messages from Fabled Pizza Employee Schedule Alerts, simply reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications. You may still view your schedule through the web app at fabledpizzanc.web.app/schedule.
